7 micron features
Our highest resolution of 50,800 DPI guarantees 7 micron features for both clear-field and dark-field designs.
Flexible Film Sizes
Our largest film size is 28 x 32 inches. We can plot a sheet as small as 2 inches, to 31.5 inches, and anything inbetween. All film is 7 mil (178µm) thick.
Excellent Edge Quality
Our process uses a helium-neon laser to expose a high-density emulsion, which produces extremely sharp line edges.
Dimensional stability
Our film is designed for low humidity and temperature expansion coefficients of only 0.0009% per %RH and 0.0018% per °C.
